Some delays but communication with me was good throughout as mentioned above. Excellent service front Emily Lovell and Danny McCann and a lovely vehicle.
The Coventry team were very obliging: offered to drop me at work (if required), let me change my appointment (last minute, due to illness) and offered coffee. gave advice on the tyres that I needed. I also love the little video of the safety check.

Good communication. Activating the extended warrantee wasn't straight forward, we were kept well informed.
Left without car, as no car available, Car wasn't as clean as I left it. And less Fuel. But problem was resolved hence the score I have given you .

Kept up to date on the felt of the car and given the opportunity to choose the reg. the hand over did take a long time ( it is a mobility car and it was the first one that the person who handed the care over had dealt with but it did take over 2 hrs)
your service centre refused to carry out the work we had booked and tried to get my daughter to pay £1500 for work that was not needed.
Friendly atmosphere and took the time to show us other models we were interested in but not buying.
