Alison, is very helpful and very professional
Car turned around quickly & within timescales preferred.
The service was carried out in a very efficient manner, and we were informed as soon as the vehicle was ready
The car was not cleaned very well and there was a stain on the chair needs to be dealt with.
I asked about getting a lift back from the garage as I had a doctors appointment but this was not possible, so I had to get an Uber. This has happened a few times in the past.

After a bit of pushing back, I received good service from Sytner. Obviously it is not the dealerships fault that I had this issue but to be told that they regularly see brake pads having to be replaced at 10k miles is a clear warning sign to me.

Despite the warranty work not managing to deal with the problem in the first instance, the Service Manager managed to organise a second attempt ensuring the problem was dealt with and supporting me as much as possible during this time
After a poor start, booked as you wait service but message not delivered and told ready by end of day. Service department managed to get car ready in quick time for us in the end. Next time will double check with you as booked on the phone
