Sit/wait service -expected to be 90 mins, was just over 3 hours. If this is normal would recommend more realistic wait times communicated. Also found 's' sports badge in cupholder from bumper grille. Assume came off during wash but no communication

Very good service from start to finish with great communication. I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and was awaiting an operation so I ask if they pick my car up and bring it back. This was no problem to them at all and they didn't even charg
