I ordered on the phone - after identifying a car I liked through the website. Jordan was my contact in Coventry and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hand over was thorough and really useful.

the only let down that mini has is that they use an offsite call centre as a receptionist and so various messages that I left for Sam in finance to call me back never got to him which I found extremely frustrating and very unprofessional
