This was my third Mini purchased from Sytner Coventry, the previous two were delightful experiences. Regrettably my recent experience fell short during the handover. I thoroughly enjoy the mini and would purchase another one in the future elsewhere.

The VT process was not properly explained and there was no follow up before collection. I was unaware I needed to contact MINI FS and arrange this myself, only realising on the day, which left me unprepared and stressed.

The handover was great hence the score. The comms prior to this were not as smooth. There were a couple of delays to the original delivery dates which we only found out about by chasing. The help in finding an alternative car was good though.

The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars has already been addressed by Georgina and Alison - namely that I was told verbally and in writing that my car had a puncture caused by a nail which had not pierced the tyre. There was no puncture.

Service manager rude, valeters did a crap job, also noticed a curb on my alloy when I got home. Not happy at all and won't be buying from Coventry again or using Coventry for servicing.

I was treated with courtesy, made welcome and everything was explained clearly and well. Special shout out to Harrison, especially with regard to recent MOT, he was able to get my car tested, despite my error about the appointment.

The drivers door glass was adjusted but still catches the sort top. I think it cloud just be a design fault and you have to live with it.

Battery would not start car after 3mike trip, yet mini diagnostics said battery ok, but will change battery if requested, if we hadn't requested for it be changed my wife would have been stranded if she stopped as car would not of started,

I booked my car in for a brake fluid service, rear brake pads & an MOT. The service department did the MOT first & failed it due to the brakes!! Fortunately Harrison in the showroom sorted it out for me but this seems like a rookie error!!
