The handover was great hence the score. The comms prior to this were not as smooth. There were a couple of delays to the original delivery dates which we only found out about by chasing. The help in finding an alternative car was good though.

This a very friendly place. Nothing is too much trouble. Was kept topped up with refreshments while I waited for MOT to be completed. Was thrilled that there was a complimentary car wash as well.

Battery would not start car after 3mike trip, yet mini diagnostics said battery ok, but will change battery if requested, if we hadn't requested for it be changed my wife would have been stranded if she stopped as car would not of started,

I booked my car in for a brake fluid service, rear brake pads & an MOT. The service department did the MOT first & failed it due to the brakes!! Fortunately Harrison in the showroom sorted it out for me but this seems like a rookie error!!

One or two little details not attended to. Clock was running fast so not properly reset. Invoice said I declined front brake attention. Wasn't asked and only rear brakes recommended for attention. Nearside front door scratch to be looked at not done.
