Delayed handover due to taxation issue but only couple of hours delay

Once again Owen kept me informed via email and telephone regarding the delivery of the new mini and explaining to me in detail the handover process. He made sure he was able to work his diary around my schedule to collect the car.

Car went in for a warranty repair, came out with two chips on the windscreen and a repair done on a large chip on the drivers door that looked like it had just been coloured in. Raised this when the car was collected and have recieved no response.
