The service was booked in and a courtesy car was ready to be used whilst my car was in, the only thing is some of the data on the front screen is missing again, not sure how this happens all the time.

Overall the service was v good however, I asked for the off-side rear window to be checked for condensation but the engineer checked the near-side rear window by mistake. Having said this it led to a necessary repair which turned out to be expensive.

Got my cover car and did not notice until i left sytner that the whole of the back seats were cover in dried mud, resulting in not being able to use the cover car while my car was being serived as all the seats needed to be used to take clients out

The staff at Sytner Coventry are fab, they're always so helpful. Even down to the simple things like pumping up my tyres for me because my disabilities stop me from doing them myself. They even ring periodically to check everything is ok. Great team!

Red service warning light for rear brakes had come on. Phoned Alison Layton who was able to get the car in for new brake pads that afternoon. Told it would be 1.5-2 hours and so it was. That's quality srvice.
