Work completed on time. Good communication. In future a good idea would be to have a live app which lets customers know which step the MOT or service has reached (a bit like Dominos pizza live app!)
No courtesy car available, so had to pick sub optimal date. We were asked to drop car 8-9, we called and said 930. Car was untouched until at least 1.30, and we were told it would take until 5.00, not what I expected when booking. Plus other issues.

I have no issues with the member of staff I dealt with.I visited the garage around 5/6 and the other staff were very unprofessional having a gossip right next to me when Im trying to buy a car. I didnt want to hear about someones relationship!!

not the best - I was told I would receive my registration on the Friday, as I was due to pick up my car the following Tuesday. Had to wait until Monday, and chase the salesman for it even then

I was pleased with the service but the car wasn't ready for the time I requested and the engineer hadn't checked on the engine management system he was working on the correct wheel!

Work carried out well but curtesy car had very little fuel in it making it difficult for me to detour to fill up and get to work on time or return to pick up car after work before branch closure.
